This reconditioned 6-speed manual gearbox is designed for the Kia Sorento fitted with the 2.2 CRDi D4HB engine of 2199 cm³, reference 430003B010. It is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; internal wear components – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced as required, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch. This 430003B010 gearbox is suitable for vehicles fitted with the D4HB engine.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing

On the Sorento 2.2 CRDi, several warning signs point to a worn gearbox: stiff or crunching gear changes, difficulty engaging reverse, clunking on downshifts, vibrations felt through the clutch under load, or an oil leak at the casing. A vague neutral or unusual resistance on the gear lever should also raise concern, as should a persistent dull noise under acceleration that remains even after the clutch has been checked.
