This reconditioned gearbox is designed for Opel Insignia models fitted with a 2.0 CDTi engine of 1956 cm³, covering engine codes A20DTH, A20DTJ, A20DT, B20DTH and B20DTJ. It carries the reference GETRAG-1B and replaces a failed original 6-speed manual gearbox.

Reconditioning of the GETRAG-1B Gearbox

Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, and every component is cleaned and inspected. Any gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing signs of wear are replaced. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench before dispatch.

Warranty and Payment
