The SensoDrive gearbox for the Citroën C2 1.4 HDi, reconditioned under reference 20CQ63, is restored to near-new condition following a full mechanical overhaul. This automated manual gearbox is fitted to the 8HX and 8HZ engines with an engine capacity of 1398 cm³, managing gear changes by automatically actuating a dry clutch — with no need for the driver to use a conventional clutch pedal.

The reconditioned gearbox is sent out first so that your vehicle is not left off the road; the old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the actuator: the SensoDrive actuator is an electronic component that is neither reconditioned nor tested; the original unit from your vehicle must be reused during fitting.

Reconditioning of the 20CQ63 gearbox

Every gearbox reconditioned under reference 20CQ63 is fully stripped down, cleaned and inspected. Gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals are replaced according to the wear found, then the gearbox is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, ensuring reliable performance once fitted.

Compatibility

This reconditioned gearbox is suitable for Citroën C2 1.4 HDi models fitted with the 8HX or 8HZ engine, with an engine capacity of 1398 cm³. It is compatible exclusively with the diesel variant equipped with the SensoDrive automated gearbox, and not with petrol versions or those fitted with a conventional manual gearbox.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
