The reconditioned Ford Tourneo 1.8 TDCi engine, reference 18DIT, is designed for vehicles fitted with a 1753 cm³ diesel unit. This OEM reference 18DIT is a fully rebuilt engine, overhauled in our workshop before being returned to service in a vehicle of the same specification. Every unit bearing the reference 18DIT undergoes the same reconditioning process prior to dispatch.

This engine is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned unit is delivered first, allowing the new engine to be fitted without waiting for the old one to be removed. The old unit – sump or block intact – is only collected after delivery and installation of the engine, so the vehicle is never left immobilised. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

A deposit is taken at the time of order; it is refunded after delivery, installation, and the return and receipt of the old unit.

Warranty and payment

This engine comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
