Every gearbox undergoes a full reconditioning process: complete strip-down, cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of gears, synchros, bearings and seals as required by wear found, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing before dispatch.

Reference GM-K2 is intended for Opel Meriva models fitted with a 1598 cm³ petrol engine, engine codes Z16XEP or Z16XE. This is a 5-speed manual gearbox, designed as a direct replacement for the engines concerned.
