Reconditioned Opel Movano 2.5 CDTi PF6006 Gearbox

This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Opel Movano fitted with the 2.5 CDTi engine, with an engine capacity of 2464 cm³, and is compatible with engine codes G9U 650, G9U 632 and G9U 630. The reference PF6006 is a 6-speed manual gearbox, fully reconditioned before dispatch. The Movano, widely used for goods transport and light commercial conversions, places considerable strain on its transmission, which leads to the gradual wear of certain internal components.

The reconditioning process follows four precise stages: complete disassembly of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every internal component, replacement of all wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals, then reassembly to manufacturer tolerances followed by bench testing before final sign-off.

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned gearbox reference PF6006 is dispatched before the old unit is collected, so your vehicle is not left off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment
