This reconditioned gearbox for the Opel Vectra 1.9 CDTi, reference GETRAG-C8, is a 6-speed manual unit compatible with the Z19DT and Z19DTH engines, with an engine capacity of 1910 cm³. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as required, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The reconditioned unit is dispatched first, before the old gearbox is collected: the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road waiting. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment
