This reconditioned gearbox is available for the Opel Zafira fitted with the 1.9 CDTi engine (1910 cm³), compatible with engine codes Z19DTL, Z19DT and Z19DTH, under reference GETRAG-YQ. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then fully reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.

This GETRAG-YQ gearbox is supplied on an exchange basis: it is rebuilt to 0 km and dispatched before the old unit is collected. The original casing, kept intact, is only recovered after the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so the vehicle is never left immobilised and workshop operations can continue as normal. Return of the old gearbox is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
