This reconditioned gearbox for the Renault Clio 1.5 dCi, reference JR5128, is a 5-speed manual unit rebuilt to restore full factory performance. It is compatible with the 1461 cm³ diesel engine fitted with engine codes K9K 700, K9K 704, K9K 764, K9K 766 and K9K 768. Reconditioning begins with a complete strip-down, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every internal component. Wear parts such as gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals are replaced as required, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances. The JR5128 is then bench-tested to verify correct operation prior to dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
