This reconditioned gearbox for the Renault Espace 2.0 dCi, with M9R engine of 1995 cm³, is available under reference PK4005. It is a 6-speed manual gearbox, fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reconditioning. Gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced according to the wear found, then the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
Signs that your manual gearbox needs replacing
On an Espace fitted with this engine, several warning signs should not be ignored: stiff or blocked gear changes, crunching when changing down, jumping out of gear while driving, juddering at the clutch, or unusual vibrations at the gear lever.
