Reconditioned Renault Master 2.5 dCi Gearbox – Reference PK5015
This reconditioned gearbox is designed for Renault Master vans fitted with the 2.5 dCi engine (2463 cm³), compatible with engine codes G9U 720, G9U 724, G9U 750 and G9U 754, under reference PK5015. Every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; the most heavily worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, then the whole unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
Signs that your gearbox needs replacing
On a Master used as a workhorse, several warning signs point to wear in the 5-speed manual gearbox: increasingly stiff gear changes, crunching on downshifts, juddering on the lower gears under load, unusual vibrations, or difficulty finding neutral. A grinding noise while driving, or a gearbox that jumps out of gear on its own, should also raise the alarm – particularly on a vehicle used for carrying heavy loads.
