Reconditioned Renault Trafic 1.9 dCi PK6021 Gearbox

This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Renault Trafic 1.9 dCi, with a 1870 cm³ engine, compatible with the F9Q760 and F9Q762 engine blocks. Referenced as PK6021, it replaces a 6-speed manual gearbox whose synchros and internal bearings have worn over time. Reconditioned means it is fully stripped down, cleaned and inspected before being rebuilt.

Reconditioning follows a precise process: the gearbox is fully stripped, every component is cleaned and inspected, worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as required, then the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch under reference PK6021.

The exchange principle works on a deferred basis: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, before the old unit is collected. The garage is therefore never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road waiting for the old unit to be returned first. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and payment

This reconditioned gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
