Reconditioned Renault Trafic 2.5 dCi Gearbox PF6014

This reconditioned gearbox is designed for Renault Trafic vans fitted with the 2.5 dCi engine (2463 cm³), reference PF6014. It is compatible with vehicles powered by the G9U 630 and G9U 730 engine codes, and replaces a 6-speed manual gearbox worn by high mileage. The reconditioning process is thorough: the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component; wear items such as gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals are replaced; the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Signs that your gearbox needs replacing

• Stiff or crunching gear changes;
• A gear jumping out spontaneously, particularly under load;
• Unusual noise in neutral or when changing gear;
• Difficulty engaging reverse or first gear when cold;
• Vibrations or judder transmitted to the bodywork under acceleration.

Exchange basis: keeping your workshop running

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis, rebuilt to 0 km. It is dispatched first, so your workshop is never left without a part and vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum. The old unit is not collected before delivery: the old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This 6-speed manual gearbox, reference PF6014, is compatible with Renault Trafic vehicles fitted with the 2.5 dCi engine identified by codes G9U 630 and G9U 730.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, valid subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
