Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is sent out first, without waiting for the old unit to be returned. The garage is therefore never without a part and the vehicle is not left off the road. The old gearbox — casing and block intact — is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
