Reconditioned Renault Trafic 2.0 dCi Gearbox – Reference PF6082

This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Renault Trafic fitted with the 2.0 dCi engine (1995 cm³), compatible with engine codes M9R692, M9R780 and M9R782, under reference PF6082. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing.

Signs that your Quickshift automated gearbox needs replacing

• Jerky or noticeably rough gear changes;
• Abnormally long response time between gear shifts;
• Gearbox warning light illuminated on the dashboard;
• Metallic noises or grinding during gear changes;
• Limp mode activated for no apparent reason;
• Difficulty engaging reverse.

Exchange basis: the gearbox is dispatched before the old unit is returned

This reconditioned gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: it is rebuilt to 0 km and dispatched immediately, without waiting for the old unit to be received. The garage is therefore never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. The original casing, in sound condition, is only collected after the PF6082 gearbox has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the Quickshift actuator: this unit is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original actuator, to be reused by the customer.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, valid subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over up to 10 instalments.
