This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Skoda Rapid fitted with the 1.2 TSI engine (1197 cm³), compatible with engine codes CBZB and CJZC, under reference PPA. Every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reconditioning; gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced according to the wear found, then the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch. The old gearbox – casing and block intact – is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part.
