This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox fits Volkswagen Golf models powered by the 2.0 TDI engine, with an engine capacity of 1968 cm³, and is compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFHC, CFGB, CRBC, CRLB, CRMB, DCYA and DFGA. It is supplied under reference PPM. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances before undergoing bench testing.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting of the new unit; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

What is included with this gearbox

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with this reconditioned gearbox reference PPM.
