The reconditioning process is thorough: the LNM gearbox is completely stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as required based on wear found, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before sign-off.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing
