This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for Volkswagen Golf models fitted with a 2.0 TDI engine of 1968 cm³, compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFHC, CFGB, CRBC, CRLB, CRMB, DCYA and DFGA, under reference QMM. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with this reconditioned gearbox reference QMM.

The garage is therefore never left without a gearbox and the vehicle is not off the road waiting for a return. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Its return is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
