This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TSI fitted with CCZA, CCZB, CHHB or CJXC engines, with an engine capacity of 1984 cm³, and corresponds to reference PUR. The reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, then all internal wear parts – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced. It is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, under reference PUR.

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the old unit is not collected before delivery. The reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. The old gearbox is only collected after delivery and fitting of the reconditioned unit, and its return is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is neither supplied nor included in the sale, is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included and forms part of the components replaced during reconditioning.

Warranty and payment
