This automated dual-clutch gearbox transfers power from the diesel engine to the front wheels and handles gear changes without any driver input. Reconditioning of this LQN unit involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and a detailed inspection of every component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are systematically replaced as required. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch. This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: the electronic control module is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is not reconditioned or tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer.
