This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is available for the Volkswagen Transporter 2.0 TDI, with a 1968 cm³ engine capacity, reference LZZ. It is compatible with vehicles fitted with the CAAA, CAAB, CAAC, CFCA, CXFA, CXGA, CXHA or DJKA engine codes. This dual-clutch gearbox is found in a wide range of Transporter vans and must maintain precise tolerances to ensure smooth gear changes. Every unit is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as required, before the whole assembly is rebuilt to manufacturer specifications and bench-tested prior to dispatch.

Exchange basis: your workshop is never left standing

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched before the old unit is collected. The original casing or block, kept intact, is only collected after the new gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so your workshop can get straight to work without delay and the vehicle is not left off the road. You can therefore return the vehicle to service quickly, without waiting for the old unit to be sent back first. Return of the old gearbox is nonetheless required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and payment

This reconditioned gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
