This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is available for the SEAT Leon 2.0 TDI fitted with a 1968 cm³ engine, under reference JPK. It is compatible with vehicles equipped with the BKD, BMM, BMN and CFHC engine codes. The reconditioning of this dual-clutch gearbox follows a rigorous process: complete strip-down, cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing prior to dispatch.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be refitted by the customer during installation.
