However, this gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and the vehicle's original unit must be reused by the customer.

Under the exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, without waiting for the old unit to be returned: the garage is therefore never left without a gearbox and the vehicle is not off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Its return is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
