Reconditioned DSG 7 Gearbox for Skoda Octavia 1.6 TDI

This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is designed for the Skoda Octavia 1.6 TDI (1598 cm³), compatible with engine codes CAYC, CLHA, CRKB, reference NTT. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component. Wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as required. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, ensuring performance that meets the original specifications for reference NTT.

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: it is dispatched as soon as the order is confirmed, without waiting for the old unit to be returned. The garage is therefore never left without a gearbox, and the vehicle is off the road for as short a time as possible. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This DSG 7 gearbox, reference NTT, is compatible with 1.6 TDI engines bearing codes CAYC, CLHA, CRKB fitted to the Skoda Octavia.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with this reconditioned gearbox.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, valid subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, with up to 10 instalments available.
