Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, without waiting for the old unit to be returned. The old gearbox – casing and block intact – is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted, so your vehicle is never left off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
