This reconditioned gearbox for the Peugeot 206 1.4 HDi, with an engine capacity of 1398 cm³, is compatible with the 8HX (DV4TD) and 8HZ (DV4TD) engines and carries the reference 20CP97. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts: gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old gearbox – casing or block intact – is only collected after the 20CP97 has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
