This reconditioned gearbox for the Peugeot 307 1.6 HDi, compatible with 9HX, 9HY and 9HZ engines of 1560 cm³, is supplied under reference 20DP43. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
