This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Renault Master fitted with the 2.3 dCi engine (2298 cm³), compatible with the M9T 670, M9T 680, M9T 700, M9T 702, M9T 706, M9T 710 and M9T 716 engine blocks, under reference PF6034. It is suited to vans used intensively, where the 6-speed manual gearbox is subjected to significant stress from heavy loads and repeated journeys; high mileages often accelerate internal wear on this type of gearbox.
Signs that your 6-speed manual gearbox needs replacing
- Difficulty selecting gears or grinding when changing gear
- Crunching or metallic noises in third or fourth gear

The PF6034 gearbox is then tested on a bench to confirm correct operation before dispatch.
Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched before the old unit is collected: the garage is never left without a gearbox and the vehicle is off the road for as short a time as possible. Once the PF6034 has been fitted, the old gearbox — casing and block intact — is collected; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
