This reconditioned gearbox for the SEAT Ibiza 1.2 petrol, reference JPU, is a 5-speed manual unit compatible with engine codes AZQ, BME, CGPA and CGPB, with an engine capacity of 1198 cm³. Every gearbox bearing reference JPU is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component; any gears, synchros, bearings or seals showing signs of wear are replaced as a matter of course. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, ensuring reliable performance from the moment it is fitted.

Exchange Basis: the Reconditioned Unit Is Dispatched First

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched before the old unit is collected; the garage is therefore never left without a gearbox and the vehicle is not kept off the road waiting. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment

This reconditioned gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
