This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is available for the Volkswagen Polo fitted with the 1.4 TSI engine (engine code CAVE, 1390 cm³ capacity), under reference NTW. Each unit is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected: gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced according to the wear found, before being fully reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer during fitting. The dual-clutch, however, is included in the sale of this NTW reference.
