Reconditioned DSG6 Gearbox for SEAT Leon 2.0 TSI

This reconditioned DSG6 gearbox is designed for SEAT Leon models fitted with the 2.0 TSI engine (1984 cm³), compatible with engine codes CCZB, CULC and CJXA, under reference RHP. Every RHP gearbox is fully overhauled in our workshop before being returned to service.

Gearbox Reconditioning Process

This reconditioned gearbox undergoes a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and inspection of every internal component. Gears, synchros, bearings and seals are systematically replaced as required. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch. The dual-clutch assembly is also reconditioned and supplied with this gearbox.

Exclusion: Mechatronic Unit Not Included

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit; this electronic component is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be refitted by the customer during installation.

Exchange Delivery

This RHP gearbox is delivered on an exchange basis: it is dispatched to your workshop first, without waiting for the old gearbox to be returned. Your vehicle is therefore never off the road. The old gearbox — casing or block intact — is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Its return is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
