Under the exchange scheme, the old unit is not collected before delivery: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is kept off the road for as little time as possible. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
