This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox for the Volkswagen Polo 1.4 TDI (1422 cm³ engine) is listed under reference QEU and is compatible with engine codes AMF, BNM, BMS, BAY, BNV and BWB. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing prior to dispatch. This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included and forms part of the components replaced during reconditioning.
