This reconditioned 5-speed manual gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Polo fitted with the 1.4 TDI engine (1422 cm³), under reference QYC; it is compatible with vehicles equipped with engine codes AMF, BNM, BMS, BAY, BNV, BWB. Before reassembly, every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component. Any gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals showing signs of wear are systematically replaced; the unit is then rebuilt to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested to ensure performance in line with original specifications.

Once the new gearbox has been fitted to the Polo, the old gearbox – casing intact – must be returned; this return is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
