This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is specifically designed for Volkswagen Polo models fitted with a 1.6 TDI engine of 1598 cm³, under reference NQM. The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component; gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing signs of wear are then replaced, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied with this gearbox.

This reconditioned gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment for this gearbox can be spread over several instalments, with up to 10 instalments available.
