This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Scirocco 2.0 TDI fitted with the CFHB or CBBB engine, with an engine capacity of 1968 cm³. It carries reference LQV and is intended to replace a worn or faulty gearbox. The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and a bench test.
