This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox for the Volkswagen Touran 2.0 TDI, reference RVT, is compatible with 1968 cm³ engines coded BKD, AZV, BMM and CFHC. Every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reassembly.

Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: complete strip-down, cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of gears, synchros, bearings and seals as required by wear found, then reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench-testing before dispatch. This method ensures reliable operation of reference RVT from the moment it is fitted.

Exchange basis: no downtime for your workshop

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox reference RVT is dispatched to your workshop first. Your old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted, so your vehicle is never left off the road unnecessarily. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and payment

This reconditioned gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
