This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is available for the Volkswagen Transporter fitted with the 2.0 TDI engine (1968 cm³), under reference TFH. It is compatible with engine codes CAAA, CAAB, CAAC, CFCA, CXFA, CXGA, CXHA and DJKA. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and rigorous inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Exchange basis: a process designed with your workshop in mind
With this exchange gearbox, the old unit is not collected before delivery. The reconditioned TFH gearbox is dispatched first, avoiding any downtime or leaving the garage without a part. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and installation of the reconditioned unit. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Warranty and payment
This reconditioned gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment for your order can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
