This reconditioned gearbox is designed for Renault Clio models fitted with the 1.5 dCi 1461 cm³ engine, under reference JH3141. It is compatible with engine codes K9K 700, K9K 704, K9K 764, K9K 766 and K9K 768, as fitted to the Clio II, Clio III and Clio IV. Every reconditioned gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.

Signs that your manual gearbox needs replacing

On a Clio 1.5 dCi, several warning signs point to wear in the 5-speed manual gearbox:

• A gear jumping out or refusing to stay engaged, especially under acceleration

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: it is rebuilt to 0 km and dispatched before your old gearbox is collected. This means the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not kept off the road waiting for a return. The old unit, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
