This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Renault Master fitted with the 2.3 dCi engine (2298 cm³), under reference ZF4002. It is suited to light commercial vehicles subjected to intensive use, where the manual gearbox must handle heavy loads and repeated journeys. Reconditioned means the unit is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; all wear components – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances before undergoing a bench test.

The old gearbox – with its casing intact – is only collected after the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
