This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for Skoda Octavia models fitted with the 1.9 TDI engine of 1896 cm³, reference JPL. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced; the gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Exchange Basis: Delivery Before Return of the Old Unit

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox reference JPL is dispatched first, before the old unit is collected. This means the garage is not left without a vehicle and the car can get back on the road quickly. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment
