My Fiat engine code is in the list — which part does it correspond to exactly?

The search usually starts with the engine code stamped on the block — and that is the right approach, because with Fiat the same engine capacity can span several code families depending on the year of manufacture and the model. The 2.3 Multijet is a perfect example: the codes F1AE0481D, F1AE3481B, F1AGL411B, F1AGL411C, F1AGL411D, F1AGL411J, F1AGL411M are not interchangeable and do not correspond to the same generations of Ducato or Scudo. Likewise, the 1.3 Multijet comes in a range of codes — 199B1.000, 225A2.000, 312A8.000, 312B1.000, 330A1.000 among others — spread across the Panda, Punto, 500, Doblo and Fiorino depending on the power output (75, 80, 90 or 95 hp) and the production period. Checking the code before selecting a part avoids any compatibility errors.

Ducato, 500, Doblo, Panda: the most represented models and their specific features

The Ducato dominates the range by a wide margin, principally in reconditioned gearboxes for the 2.3 Multijet and 3.0 Multijet engines (codes F1CE0481D, F1CE3481C, F1CE3481E, F1CE3481J), with 5- or 6-speed manual gearboxes and the Comfort-Matic. The 500 centres its references around the 0.9 TwinAir (codes 199B6000, 312A2000, 312A5000) and the 1.4 T-Jet (code 940B7000 in particular), with a Dualogic automated manual gearbox on certain versions. The Doblo and the Panda share several 1.3 Multijet and 1.6 Multijet codes (198A3.000, R9M, R9M410, R9M452), but the associated gearboxes differ according to the stated power output.

Manual gearboxes, Dualogic, DDCT and turbos: what the Fiat range covers

The range covers three part families: gearboxes, bare engines and turbos. 5- and 6-speed manual gearboxes account for the majority of references. The Dualogic (automated manual) is available for several petrol and diesel models; it is supplied without the actuator. The DDCT gearbox (dual-clutch) is sold with a new dual clutch, without the mechatronic unit. Turbos cover mainly the Multijet units fitted to the Ducato and Doblo. For engines, the range spans from 1985 to 2024, from the 2.8 JTD (code 8140.43S) through to the latest units. Two sales methods coexist depending on the part: exchange and rebuild of your own unit — please check which applies to the reference you are interested in.

We cover the vast majority of Fiat engines. To get the exact part, give us your number plate or request an online quote: our advisers confirm compatibility using your registration document.

    Are reconditioned Fiat parts reliable?

Yes. Every Fiat part is reconditioned in our workshop, with wear parts replaced, bench-tested and guaranteed for up to 24 months. A reliable and far more affordable alternative to new, starting from a restored original part.

How does the exchange system work for a Fiat part?

You order your reconditioned Fiat part, we dispatch it, then you send us back your old unit (the core). We arrange all the transport both ways — you don't have to handle any logistics.

Do you deliver Fiat parts everywhere, and how quickly?

Yes, we deliver throughout France and Europe. Depending on the availability of the reference, your Fiat part leaves our workshop quickly, and you can pay in instalments, up to 10 payments.
