The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of gears, synchros, bearings and seals as required by the wear found, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and a final bench test.

Your original gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted, so the vehicle is never off the road unnecessarily. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
