This reconditioned gearbox for the SEAT Leon 1.6 Petrol (1595 cm³), compatible with engine codes BSE, BSF and BGU, is supplied under reference LVQ. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the unit is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, and internal wear items – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced as required. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and subjected to a final bench test, restoring performance close to that of a new unit on reference LVQ.
