This reconditioned S tronic 6 gearbox is designed for the Audi A3 2.0 TDI fitted with a 1968 cm³ engine, reference MFL. It is compatible with diesel engines identified by the following engine codes: BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFGB, CBBB, CRBC, CRFC and CLHA. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every internal component, followed by replacement of all wear parts including gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Signs that your S tronic gearbox needs replacing

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a gearbox. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included and reconditioned as part of the gearbox.

Warranty and payment

This reconditioned gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, valid subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
