This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is designed for Volkswagen Golf models fitted with the 2.0 TSI engine (1984 cm³), compatible with engine codes CCZA, CCZB, CHHB and CJXC, under reference RHN. It is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, with gears, synchros, bearings and seals replaced before being reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.

This reconditioned RHN gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: it is dispatched first, so your workshop can fit it straight away. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and installation of the new unit, ensuring the vehicle is never left off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

What is and isn't included

This gearbox is supplied with the dual clutch, reconditioned as part of the mechanical assembly. However, the mechatronic unit is not included: this electronic component is neither reconditioned nor tested — it remains the vehicle's original unit and must be reused by the customer.

Compatibility

This reconditioned gearbox is suitable for vehicles fitted with engines identified by codes CCZA, CCZB, CHHB and CJXC, with an engine capacity of 1984 cm³. The reference RHN must be verified before ordering to ensure exact compatibility with your vehicle.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, with up to 10 instalments available.
