It is a 6-speed manual gearbox, fully reconditioned to a rigorous process: the unit is completely stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, and the gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced before the gearbox is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and given a final bench test.
