Exchange basis and warranty on this Doblo turbo
This new turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of your old turbo is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Doblo is not off the road any longer than necessary. The part comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.

On the 1.9 JTD, premature turbo failure is most commonly caused by insufficient lubrication — typically due to poor-quality engine oil, missed oil changes, or a clogged oil filter. A blocked air filter or a damaged intercooler can also disrupt turbo operation and accelerate wear. Before fitting the new turbo, check the oil circuit, hoses and air intake for any residue or leaks that could damage the new part. On first start-up, prime the oil circuit before starting the engine to ensure the bearings are immediately lubricated.
