Not sure you've found the right part?
Identifying the right turbo for your Mercedes Classe B
Before ordering, check your Mercedes Classe B's original turbo for the reference AL0069 or one of its equivalent references. This step is essential, as several turbos may have been fitted to the Classe B range depending on the engine and year of manufacture. This new turbo is compatible with reference AL0069 and its manufacturer variants, and is intended for 2.0 petrol engines on this model.
Engine compatibility on the Classe B
This new turbo is compatible with Mercedes Classe B models fitted with the petrol engine M 270.920, with an engine capacity of 1991 cm³, covering the B 200, B 220 and B 250 variants depending on the power output. A visual check of the reference engraved on your original turbo remains essential to confirm perfect compatibility before placing an order.
Exchange basis and warranty for this turbo
This turbo is sold on an exchange basis: return of your old turbo is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted, so your Classe B is not left off the road. The part comes with a 12-month parts warranty, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
Advice before fitting on the Classe B 2.0 petrol
On turbocharged petrol engines such as the M 270.920, premature turbo wear is often caused by insufficient lubrication due to poor-quality oil or missed oil changes, a clogged air filter, or driving habits that put the engine under load when cold. Before fitting the new turbo, check the oil circuit, the condition of the hoses and the air intake to prevent premature fouling. On first start-up, prime the turbo with oil to ensure the bearings are lubricated immediately from the moment the engine fires.
